HOW TO ORDER ?

Please go to “contact” to fill out an order form, alternatively we also accept orders via Instagram and Email.

Minimum of 2 weeks in advance to place an order to check available and limited slots. Please book as early as possible.

PICK UP OR DELIVERY ?

​

Pick up location is Strathfield, 2135. Please let me know in your enquiry for deliveries.

​

CAKE TRANSPORTATION ?

​

Place the cakes or cupcakes on the car floor. Do not place cakes on car seat as this may risk on damaging the cake when the car is turning. Turn on air-conditioning as soon as or before the cake gets into the car. Once you have received the cake from us, please keep in mind to drive carefully as we will not be liable for any damages caused during transportation.

CAKE STORAGE ?

​

Keep refrigerated until consumption. Please take the cake out at least 20-30 minutes on room temperature before eating. Cakes and cupcakes can stay fresh up to 7 days in the refrigerator. Shortbread cookies should be kept on room temperature.

CENCELLATIONS/CHANGES ?

​

7 days notice should be given if there are any changes to your order and may incur a fee for any work lost in the process of completion.

Any cancellations made once deposit has already been paid will incur an administration fee. Notice of cancellations within 2 weeks prior to the event will be non-refundable.

DIETARY/ALLERGY ?

Please inform us if there are any allergies you may have.

Currently, we do not offer gluten-free, dairy-free or eggless options for our cakes.
